Tuesday 6th May – 20 minutes brisk walking through the woods and estate
Wednesday 7th May - 20 minutes brisk walking with interspersed jogging through the woods and estate (roughly 10 paces jogging to 40-60 paces walking) – 10 sit ups and 10 press ups on return
Other news: my shorts from last year are seriously too tight, and I now appear to be nearing 9 1/2 stone, which is bad news. I’d like to be under 9 and over 8 1/2.
